Here's hoping Norwich come out and play a blinder with no pressure on them because their fate is already sealed.

Also, some of their better players will be advertising themselves to Premier League clubs.

Little bit harsh, playing against probably the quickest attacking trio in the league. I think Martial, Rashford and Greenwood would skin most right backs on current form.

He gave them an important attacking outlet to be honest. Was dangerous on the right considering how much that United defence cost.

Dire stuff so far. That's the annoying bit. Chelsea, Leicester and United really are not much better teams than us. We should have at least been truly in this race

For the second season running, Chelsea finish above Tottenham and as the best team in London.

We would have been if it wasn't for our rotten start.

funny really how Chelsea hung out Giroud to dry, but he's getting them CL football and digging them out so often.

Imagine how different it'd be if they'd let him go, not least to us

Yep. If we had the same points per game ratio all season as we have since Jose arrived, we'd be on 58 points in 6th place. Still probably not good enough - that method would predict 63 over the season, a big 8 point drop from last season which itself wasn't great and would likely see us finish 5th - but we'd be in the race.

96th min pen for Burnley. 1-1.

Harsh call, looking at the replay. Hits the Wolves player's arm... as he protects his face from an overhead kick in the box. Burnley player misses that. Alternative was (possibly) get kicked in the head. But no, VAR says pen, so.. well taken kick though.
