Palace should've got something tonight, some whopping chances in injury time and might've been denied a penalty as well.

Chelsea's defence is so porous and it pisses me off that we didn't even try to threaten them in either game.

They're so frustrating to watch. Just when you think they're on to something good, they're pressing well and their passing moves are on point, then BAM someone makes a mistake and they concede.

I think Farke would do very well with a set of players who are actually able to do what he wants them to do, but he's so dogmatic.

Yeah I look silly now but in the first few weeks of the season I was praising them a lot. For a team coming up they looked excellently coached and were playing some really slick football, from day one (where they really should have scored three or four at Anfield) you could tell they'd ship goals but I thought they'd scare a lot of teams and score lots themselves.

Not getting the early results on the board though seemed to absolutely batter the confidence and that was it. And as said, sticking to your approach is admirable in some ways but it is a bit puzzling how they've made no effort to change aspects of their approach when the lack of quality is being shown plus confidence and form is low.

I was the same, the way they played against Liverpool and then dispatched Newcastle and City made me think they were going to be a very impressive attacking side this season, but their confidence had gone to bits by November and there was no coming back from that.

Hopefully the Chelsea win will push Leicester on a bit more to beat arsenal. They’ve an awful record there.

Fat Frank has turned Chelsea into a good team. Young and talented team. They of course have lots of cash and can buy whom ever they want. That sure helps out a lot?

City
Liverpool
Chelsea
United

Next seasons top 4. Anyone disagree?

As is stands now, yes, that will be the top 4 next season. I sure hope we can be ‘up there’ and challenge that top 4. Obvious that it takes some reinforcements and a game plan that works

Don't see how City make up 21 points on Liverpool but yeah that will probably be it.
To be fair Liverpool made up a 25 point difference to City the year before.

I can't see Liverpool steamrolling the league next year. They will head into an important period soon of replacing important players and others are strengthening. Will they be able to keep players as motivated having won everything.

Like they say, sometimes it's harder to stay at the top, right?

I'd say Man City's problem was down to losing Kompany and not replacing him, he was huge.

They'll probably improve but they have to seriously improve that defence to get nearer to Liverpool.
