Every game we basically let the opposition pass it around and attack us at will, like it's a training match. We have decent players, they just need good coaching.

Yeah, it's a terrible tactic in all honesty. Watching Southampton and Norwich for instance outplay and just pass around us was almost sickening. That's why I'm so intrigued by the West Ham game on Tuesday as we'll have mostly everyone fit and it won't be a question of setting out like that because we're limited. If it's that same approach then I'll really fear for our short-term future.

I agree but let's wait to see when we play these teams with a stronger squad.

Mourinho's Chelsea approached games with more attacking intent against the average to poor teams. It's the bigger games in which he'd be more defensive.

We should at least give him the chance to show that with us. If we have good conditions and we are sitting back holding on to a lead against Norwich then I'll be right on that criticism train.

Yeah absolutely. Like said above it's why I'm eagerly awaiting how we play on Tuesday. I can take this approach when needed, in fact that's actually a criticism of Poch that I had, in that he didn't do this enough in tough games. I always remember how well we did it away to Real Madrid and wondered why we didn't do the same in the tough domestic away games. If we continue to do this against the weak teams though then my faith in our approach will be extremely low.

Also, look at Chelsea's bench.

Back up striker.
Two support strikers (one comes on and scores)
One creative midfielder
and one highly talented young midfielder.

Plenty of options for Lampard to rectify any problems with his starting line up and get back in the game.

Our obly options were -
Ndombele who lacks the defensive responsibility for the system.
Lo Celso, who wasn't match fit.
Sessegnon who we are yet to define a role to.
..and Gedson, who is very inexperienced and we haven't defined a role for yet.

No back up striker.
No second striker attacking option.

Can't disagree with that.

And they’ve already got Ziyech and Werner signed and ready to go for next season.

Grealish is pathetic. Genuinely think he’d rather win a foul than score a goal. That chance at the end he could have waited to pick out a pass but he just waits and waits for to get kicked

Yeah, that's a shame.

Although Son, Lucas, Kane, Bergwijn, Alli is a very good bunch.

We still need a rotation option for Kane though and I think we match them.

Not sure I’m going to watch the Merseyside derby later, can’t face the Liverpool wankfest when they inevitably win. Everton have such an inferiority complex with them a bit like we used to have with Chelsea.

I’ll be turning it off if (when) Liverpool go 2 up

He’ll fit in perfectly at Man U then!

Clearly BLM means nothing to Mane when he has a kick off to chase after!

The water breaks are meant to hydrate when it's hot. The staffs are wearing jackets out there. So now its just a coaching opportunity. Dont think they should be doing them.

Dont give me the "its alot of games in a short period of time". They have 9 games in December and 5 games in 10 days over the holiday period, including sometimes 2 games in 3 days.
