I've had SpursPlay for 3 seasons now - I think this is the first technical issue they have had (at least of this length)

I watched the first game on a Hearts stream and I'm watching this one from a QPR source. No problems at all with either.

SpursPlay has been fine for literally every match that they have broadcasted previously. It's a one off and one day after the biggest tech problem in history. I get it's frustrating but shit can happen.
