Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have not been impressed by Mauricio Pochettino's belief that Tanguy Ndombele could need up to two years to show his best form for the club.

As Alasdair said, it's not an exact science and no-one is putting a date on a calendar for 2 years time when he's the 'finished article but there's enough about him that hopefully people will be patient with him.

Ndombele, Sessegnon and Lo Celso are younger than Son and Sissoko were when they arrived at Tottenham ...

My recollection is that Son had just turned 23 when he arrived at Tottenham, which makes him roughly the same age as Lo Celso and Ndombele are now.

We may not see his absolute best for a couple of years, but if he continues like has been and only being 22, he's going to be scary in 2 years!

I think once he is up to the speed of the premiership games he will be world class. I see great potential and he looked settled on Tuesday night. Now Liverpool!
