Just my uninformed opinion, But I think Poch isn't motivating them anymore. The best quality he had was getting his players to run thru brick walls for him. Without that, he doesn't have the tactical skill to succeed.

The X looks worse than it is but Doh looks much more innocent than it is and should be accompanied with a response I think otherwise its just a sniper shot
