The trouble is Poch you had a team and it peaked in the C/L final it no longer wants to fight and play your way any more I know you will dismiss any points of view from what you call "non footballers" as we are just onlookers but we can only talk about what we see on the pitch........ take today.... Sheffield United looked like the team that would finish 3rd or 4th in the league...... the way we are going we will be fighting relegation for most of the season....... where the hell is your pressing game that you were being lorded for 4 years ago..... you must know in your heart that it is over...... Levey will never sack you as it will break his heart to pay your contract up....... so Poch its over to you.
Fuck off back to Arsenal Mania, North London is Lily White and always will be.

Arsenal fans have had enough of slating their own manager and being unable to oust him they are now joining SC in hopes their spoilt child whimpers are paid attention to.

Nah, we have come too far to rebuild, if he cannot take this talent we have and get them where they should be then we need to try and get someone in who can before it is too late.
disagree . Poch should be given backing in the transfer market and Levy has to fix up on his commitment towards squad development. Players also need to leave too many have become comfortable and ain't good enough.

lol...what a funny thing to say, Poch he can't work in reality!....So Poch must be working in fantasy because the reality is very clear Levy has to open the cheque book.

Have a look at our form no one can attribute all of that to the players similarly not all down to poch or levy for that matter. Bottom line though is poch is the manager. No other team or sport would put up with this shit.

Backing him in the transfer market is not the solution. Buy as many players as you want but we will still be where we are unless Poch improves on his team selection, tactics and game management.

If you have better players committed players that want to be at the club it is very obvious that team selections will be better. I also feel a lot of people underestimated Shef Utd we'd have lost the game with Eriksen Toby Jan along with Aurier and Rose in the team.

CL final?

bit of a flippant response of mine there but the squad is very good money or no money we ar and have been in relegation form for a year. We’ve come too far to just let that all go and start again from scratch.

I said reality not dreams. It's easy to say.We spent 42 mil on Sanchez and 25 mil on Lucas
Liverpool spent 75mil on Van Dyke
Liverpool have Mane,Firmino and Sallah
We have Kane,Dele,Lo Celso,Ndombele,Lamela
We cant get a tune unless we play Red Star every week.
It's not Levy it's the genius Poch

You go through our squad, there are far too many players that don't want to be her (for want ever reason) money being the obvious others that are past their sell by date some just not good enough.

I get it, lots want Poch out, it's understandable and one would be silly to bury one's head in the sand , i just think it'll be a mistake not giving him the opportunity to build another team.

Time will tell.

Levy has form for leaving the squad short. Before the stadium restricted our spending we almost always left a gaping hole in our squad after every window. It is why I tend to blame Levy as well over current situation. Our fullbacks are mediocre at best and everyone knew it, so am sure Poch did too.
I also doubt Poch wanted the current contract situations with the likes of Toby, Jan & Eriksen. This also smacks of Levy playing hardball.
None of this completely absolves Poch of blame, we still have a decent team on paper and should be doing better. It is just that’s I think everyone wanting Poch gone should realise that the next man is gonna face the same obstacles.

That's the Elephant in the room. Even with another manager coming in he might get a turn from this squad up to a point but he'll have to spend massively long term to get this club challenging.1 If we are brutally honest we need better wingbacks ( or be more patient with Foyth and Sessegnon, again being brutally honest both will have to learn the role ). 2 Sissoko has untold energy a solid pro he is our James Milner but you can't build a midfield around him we need a top class DM in our squad. 3 Toby Jan Eriksen Rose massive question marks all need to go imo. 3 Lloris is a mistake waiting to happen. Too many questions marks. A rebuild requires money spent on the right players

Well he has actually been saying this since May, but whatever.

Problem is that we should have been constantly rebuilding in the summer of 2018 and last January. And he's as much to blame for that as anyone. So he's made this rod for his back himself.

If he and Levy stay together you have to believe lessons have been learned.
However, I still dont know what the answer would be about the wantaway players. They have rejected contract discussions for a couple of years, no clubs have come for them and it makes it difficult pursue replacements while they are on the books.

If he's going to be given time to use the next transfer window he'll need to get any signings integrated quickly, the way other teams do, instead of insisting they need months of training before they get a chance. There are a few encouraging signs (Ndombele and Lo Celso primarily) but the rest of the squad are woefully under par except for Son.

Dont bank on it unless we're shifting the deadwood.

For repeated top 4 places with sqaud without the financial muscle of some of the teams we we're finishing above, yes. Whether he can get beyond that, I dont have the answer as he has made some stange non decisions where I felt he could have changed some decisive games.
I do think he has banked enough to be at Spurs to start another season.
