We have played like crap under Poch this year for the most part and so many of the games last year too.
His system was dying with lack of creativity.
The difference is Poch was stuck I dont think Mourinho is

I think Pochettino's team collapsed when we lost Dembele.

We knew he was a great player but it's only been since he's left that we understood how much he propped up the players around him. The demise of Wanyama has also contributed to a big hole in the middle of our team.

Put a quality DM back in this team and we'll click again.

I agree with the DM part for sure
And I agree that Dembele propped all the players up...if only he was a touch more expansionist in his play we would have done a lot better.
Ndombele now needs a great DM and I think we will be an attacking force. There is a big hole in the middle and it's our biggest problem

I would like to see brave managers. Managers that can speak thruths at pressers, managers that can speak truth to the power of the owner as actually ask for what they need to be successful and if they don't get a reasonable solution then leave. I like managers that take responsibility as Mourinho did in his games, specially when he took off Dier when he saw his tactics were not working in the 22nd minute. Not a manager who lives and dies with his one idea as if he is master of the universe.

Pochettino was very clear and vocal that the team needed to be rebuilt.

It wasn't his fault that the board didn't back him and I don't think any of these modern Managers walk away from their payoff. Especially when they feel that they have not been the problem.

Mourinho waited till Man Utd sacked him too.

We will come back to this...

Maybe in 2040. Ridiculous to even think about this now.

It's far too early to say and obviously if we win things then you can tolerate the negatives, but I will say that I'm really not keen on the direction the club is heading in, including the style of play.

My point is not about walking away. It's about getting what you need to do the job or walking away. Stand by what you believe. Or....dont whine

Who ever has the gig I support Tottenham not a manager

I'm a Tottenham fan longer than they have all been alive. For me it's the club first. I can have a dream or even a belief but ENIC saved the club. They took that shot in doing that. Its could have been a lot worse and they are still fighting albeit in their own terms of finding success. It could be worse,we could be Liverpool.

I am thankful for what Poch had done for us and where he has brought us, but prefer Mourinho at this point. The press talks from Poch were not my favorite and always kept me wondering what he was to do and say next, I really did not appreciate it.
With Jose, his talks are clear and concise and was impressed on how he lined us up against Liverpool, yesterday.
I think JM will take us to the next level, hopefully I do not eat my words.

Stupid argument you might as well have a third name IE Bill Nicholson .
The choice should be carry on as before or try to move forward and improve.

Jose will come good, we need to get rid of a couple and freshen it up abit

He will mean business in the summer . Right now he is just baby sitting and steadying a sinking ship .
