Please can somebody help me with digital pass?

I have One Hotspur memberships for myself and 2 kids. I have bought tickets for Palace but only my ticket has come through on my Digital pass. How or where do I find the tickets for my kids?
Any help appreciated

I had this previously - rang the ticket office (a long wait but pleasantly helpful), and they arranged print at home kids tickets to be emailed. Could be worth a try.

They refused to send me paper tickets but did send new digital passes via email which when I downloaded them had the tickets on. They’ll do it but it can be a faff.

Sorry to jump on your thread, but saves me opening a new one!

I've just changed from an android phone to a Apple, so do i need to contact the club to be able to download a new pass, or hope that as i've transfered my android aps to the apple, that google wallet still works fine?

Look for an email from ticketmaster (it might be a few years old depending on how long you've been a member), then re-download the pass

Only just spotted this so hope it's not too late. Same thing has happened to me. If your kids don't have a mobile they can't get the digital ticket but if you go to the ticket office before the game they will print the tickets for you. I've done it a couple of times this season and they have been really helpful.

Has anyone else not had their Manchester United game update to digital pass yet. I have not had mine and suspect something is wrong?

I've literally just discovered 3 little dots in the top corner and when I tapped on them the Manchester United details came up (phew) which is a different format altogether.
Hopefully if anyone is having trouble this may help.

Just a quick question, not sure if best here...

Is there any problem with a Season ticket holder attending a game with their digital pass as normal, but also having a digital ticket (shared with them) for a small child on their phone too..? Will the responsible adult be ok with the two tickets on the same phone?

Preference is to keep it all on the phone and not to call the ticket office for a PDF or go to the ticket office on the day.

This happened to me too (pass went into my expired list). Try forcing a refresh of the pass when on the ‘pass details’ page, mine updated for Sheff Utd when I did that

Just tried that, says updated just now at top, but no sheff utd details, pass just says "do not delete" on main page with my crn etc on the details page.

Not sure if it applies but this is on the website, looks like you can have a pass and a digital ticket on the same phone..

When a ticket is gifted and accepted via Ticket Share, it will be issued automatically as a digital ticket. It will not automatically be loaded onto any Digital Membership Pass or Photo ID Stadium Access Card.

If you are attending with a Junior who has been issued a digital ticket but does not have their own mobile device, you will be able to download the digital ticket to your mobile device in addition to your own pass or ticket. To do so, open the email containing their digital ticket and forward it to your email address. This will enable you to download their ticket to their device. Please see below for further information.



Link to some digital info assume its the same for season tickets, paper tickets were so easy in the old days now you need to be an IT expert.

Thought i'd ask here , i have been forwarded a ticket for west ham which i have accepted and its in my account but when i try to download onto my phone , it say's your session has been suspended browser behavior or network made it think you were bot. Gone through all the process on ask spurs apart from forward to another phone , i only have a work phone. any ideas cant seem to find a phone number to speak to anyone either.

You can also log a query via https://ask.tottenhamhotspur.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004638945-Contact-Spurs then click 'Ticketing' & ' send us a message'. Fill out the form and I have found that they are actually fairly good at getting back to you. Good luck!

Cheers guys i had eventually found the number and called but they couldn't resolve, so i just need to go to the ticket office tomorrow and get a printed version . All the options about cookies java etc didn't work .
