100% this, spot on mate!So looks like we’ve move onto Werner now Johnson has started to come into some form, it was Sarr last week too, then Son, before Maddison, then Kulu most of last year. Yes he’s not in great form and yes likely can be improved upon, but until that point let’s at least get behind them and give them confidence.
honestly some on here need to give your head a wobble and let’s support our own
Solanke and Richarlison probably score on that cross, and Lankshear more times than not. But that miss is a confidence killer, especially for him.Again, overall a good performance but completely fluffed his 1 v 1 against the keeper. Could have had an assist with his cross for Lankshear's header
Only way for him to gain confidence is for Ange to keep him in the starting 11. I think Werner's playing style is a good fit for us, it's just a shame that he is absolutely terrible in front of goalSolanke and Richarlison probably score on that cross, and Lankshear more times than not. ...is it?Playing him, is holding back Moore. Who is hungry and looks confident. Back our own.
Send Werner back at the earliest opportunity, we don’t owe him a confidence boost
Well it could speed it up I guess, because the excuses to play Werner over Moore have all but run out now...is it?
He is playing exactly how he did at Chelsea.Werner suits the style of play, otherwise he wouldn't have had 3 1v1 chances in 2 games. I just hope he finds his shooting boots and confidence. I'm sure he will find it once he scores one or two
