You can doubt his story all you want - but last week, I was in Sports Direct getting some new Donnay socks - and who walks in? Ndombele and Pogba no less. They are acting a right rowdy pair. Pogba is hoofing all the balls out of the basket across the shop floor, Ndombele was throwing water bottles around and shouting "Kobe!"

I sauntered over to them both, and said "Paul, you're acting like an idiot and Tanguy, you really need to work on your cardio. That's if your even staying at Spurs?!" He starting tearing up. Then I put them both over my knee and gave them the hide-tanning of a lifetime. They left the store with their heads dropped and something to think about - everybody in the store clapped.

I think you need a covid test asap mate.

It's a shame because he would have had opportunities with so many matches at the beginning of the season. This added to the fact he had an 'injury' that meant he missed the end of the season is a clear hindrance to him really pushing on.

With all the rumours of him downing tools it's hard not to think apportion some blame to the guy for contracting the virus. It almost feels like self-sabotage. I know this is irrational but I can't shake the feeling that everything is aligning him for him to leave.

So your apportioning blame on someone based on rumours.

Come on. There have been various ITK and media reports that have made these claims. There has to be something in it. You add this to the fact he was injured at the end of last season and now how covid and it's hard not to draw conclusions. I could be entirely wrong but with everything i've read I can't help but feel there is something in it.

Cut our losses and sell him? Did he join on the pretense that we were CL finalists and supposedly one of the top European clubs? He looks disinterested whenever I’ve seen him. I really don’t see Mourinho being successful with him or with Spurs in general, I’d love to be wrong but we look stale, he looks out of his depth. Sorry to go off on a Mourinho tangent but it boils back to him with most players tbf as his way of playing looks too rigid and not to the strength of our team.
So your apportioning blame on someone based on rumours.

It fits a pre determined narrative that a number of our fans have fallen for hook, line and sinker.

Long time lurker, anyway I was out for a meal with the wife last week and in walked Sissoko, Aurier and Ndebele, I had a few words with Ndebele and told him him he has been shit(I was slightly pissed) and j pointed at Sissoko and said he was in his first season, I asked if he was staying and he just shrugged his shoulders, He did look very lean and fit then Danny Rose walked in.
Didn't happen! Good dit though.

I'm just hoping this is the kick up the arse Tanguy needs. If the most decorated manager can't get a tune out of him, maybe Terry from Cheshunt can do it

Rated this as "creative" but only because there's not a "creative and fucking awesome" rating.

this sounds like a dream ?. All that’s missing after rose walking in is

“Wearing a thong, dressed as Helen Mirren in Prime Suspect”
