Superb today and 97 minutes will do his fitness no harm...once he fully acclimatises he will be some player...shades of Dembele definitely.

Grew into the game, very rusty in the first half where we played totally shit as a team. But looked a lot better in the second, what i wouldn't give to have a powerhouse next to him protecting our back 4. Priority number one.

A shinning light. We just need to blow our money on a CM partner. Maybe sugb the player from Lyon?

Really hope that we can have him fit, available and picked as a first choice central midfielder in the vast majority of our games for the rest of the season. That's what we bought him for, and he will vastly improve our team if that's what we can have happen.

Grew into the game and glad he completed the full 90 mins. Hopefully starts against Southampton and can string some games together now. He is levels above the other options we have in CM and he has the potential to be one of the best CM's in the league.

Was nice to hear Jose praise him in the post match press conference and acknowledging we were not playing with a holding midfielder. I hope that's a sly hint to Levy to get the fucking check book out. We are fucking desperate for one.

Jose actually said positional midfielder, which he probably means a holding player, but then name checked Winks. Honestly, if Jose and the club decide Winks is our holding midfielder going forward, we are fucked and so is Ndombele.

I hope the club shows some ambition, the next two windows will tell us a hell of a lot, we have in Ndombele half a partnership, it's imperative we sign a DM.
