So...Sonny has been in S Korea for a couple of weeks and self isolates on his return. Fair enough . But Tom Dick and Heung who live in South Korea, and have booked a weekend break in London , can come over and attend the Wolves match and then go home.
??????

Fuck you on about?

Not sure on your reaction tbh. Currently South Korea is more infectious than China. The risk is likely tiny but still exists. Put it this way would they currently be holding any football matches in South Korea. Although the fact Son isn’t even playing probably means they won’t bother.

Might want to think about moving that timeline up and getting him on a plane now. # of cases in South Korea has shot up. Travel bans could be placed at any moment

I wonder if he’s already back as JM being so vague about it and not wanting to get peoples hopes up. Didn’t he say on fri that he would be back ‘very, very soon’ or maybe I imagined it?
Plus he’ll fly private I imagine and I guess that’s a bit safer.
Obviously I’m guessing on both points as not a pro footballer or someone who flies private ?

This seems to contradict some things JM said in last press conf though - re: self isolation and potentially playing with a cast. I remain hopeful we’ll see him back before this.

I’m sure he’s in self isolation. South Korea’s outbreak has reached 5k. Cant take any chances. He’ll likely be closely monitored and remain in self quarantine for the 2 weeks.

I said this the other day, but would it be the worse thing if he came to the dressing room, forced all the other players to self isolate and thereby forcing our games to be postponed. It would put us 2 more weeks closer to having him and Kane back.

Or they just force us to play the u18s.

Japan announced Olympics could well be delayed from Summer to Winter months this year.

Korea have qualified, as have France and Argentina.
Could we be losing Son, Tanguy, Foyth and LoCelso next season for a month or so ?

Olympics aren't in FIFA calendar so club can block call-up for them

The situation could be even worse for a winner Olympics as we still won't have a vaccine, so it's all in the realms of who knows, or more aptly, WHO knows.
