One of Troy, Del or Lucas up front I guess. Good job we got Stevie for wing cover now.

Multiple times this season when we've looked like we're turning a corner and picking up some momentum we're handed a big fuck you by the footballing gods.

Unbelievable, I can't remember another season like it.

Your absolutely right. It’s not the end of the world. Just the end of our season

Blimey, oh how our lack of investment in the squad has come home to roost

Thank god for the biggest club shop in Europe and the longest bar
Take two world class strikers our of any team and they will struggle.

This injury just makes an even bigger mockery of our failure to sign a striker this window, gotta feel for Jose.

He has had no luck at all with injuries & shouldn’t be blamed for what happens for the rest of the season

if it’s not already a total disaster, then we are an injury to Stevie/Dele/Moura away from a total and utter disaster.

surely Parrott gets time now? or will Lo Celso get moved forward and Ndombele comes into CM? hopefully Sissoko and Lamela are back soon.

as Harry would say, bare bones.

Just saying but I think Lo Celso played up top for Betis at times last season.

If we're stocked in midfield with Gedson, Dier, Winks, NDombele and Skipp, then I'd say stick Lo Celso up top.

Well lamela is conveniently fit again at least. Though he's not a goal scorer really.

Could definitely do with sess having a bale moment now

Shows great mentality from Son to score that winner at pace in the last minute with a broken arm. Already loved the guy but my respect for him has increased just a little bit more.

Real blow to lose him ahead of this hectic run of games.

With Jose's luck he'll probably stumble across a combination that's the best we've had this season.

I'll defer my fist waving until the dust settles.

Let’s just play him with a sling on. Still better than the alternative right?

Fairly sure everyone was singing in unison about how shite he is until he scored in the 93rd minute against Villa.

Now his absence is basically worse than Hiroshima.

Ah, this place.
Maybe you and some other idiots were bemoaning how poorly he’s been playing but he’s still a fantastic player and goalscorer

25th on the list of our all time record scorers with 81 GOALS
