Everything about him just makes me think he is a top player. Really excited to see him play.

So with Davies playing the full game in North Macedonia last night, what do we think the chances of Sergio being straight into the first team on Sunday? He's a young fit guy, I'm sure he doesn't need much training to get up to speed - so I'd like to see him play

Looking at the recent press conference from what I'm reading into it when JM says he is not injured but not match fit, is that he's probably a couple of weeks away from starting.
If we had only two games before the international break instead of 4 I would say that he has no chance of being involved until the after nternational break, as we have 4 I think there's a chance he gets some minutes and as he's made it clear by implication in the press conference that the EFL game is 4th in his list of priorities, I think if we are going to see him play before the international it will in this one.

I can see this EFL game being treated a bit like a training session for both teams as Lampard would clearly have been unhappy with Chelsea's showing against WBA so he will want to shuffle the pack. For this reason a training session type game in the lead up to bringing him up to match fitness points to him most likely playing in this one before we get him properly ready after the international break.

Well, Mourinho doesn't seem to mind throwing players in early. It would have been another month if Poch was manager.

Or 3...

But anyway, if fit he will play, we saw that with Bergwijn that Jose is not afraid to chuck players in at the deep end.

That said I also believe given we have a fully fit squad, Mourinho may well take his time with Sergio and Gareth to ensure they are fully up to speed. There’s no rush, just our impatioto see them play!

Not yet, but it will be done soon.

Out of interest, what's the difference where it is, you can just as easily post in here.

I get what your saying but I'm assuming we have specific sub forums for a reason so might as well use them correctly.

For me it's just a bit of a bugbear really, although I appreciate I have no real justification for getting upset by it!
