He is given the opportunity to not do much in the game, his main reposnsibility is to run down right and cross the ball, crossing the ball is his key job technically, he just passes the ball to the first man of keeper every single time, is living in a eriksen corner paradox ffs

When Spurs lose and you cannot find any mistakes to blame Aurier, just keep describing his performance with synonyms of the word "bad".

I tell you what, that fucking idiot Bergwijn was dreadful tonight. Let absolutely everything through him, the moron. What a twat he was leaving Davies in no man’s land for that penalty.

You think that’s idiotic ramblings of a fan who has no idea? If you’re abusing Aurier tonight, try looking closer to home.

If you’ve still yet to realise that Aurier plays as a right winger in this system with Davies tucking inside to form a back 3, you’re the problem. You’re the idiot.

If he has a bad night people want him killed. Anyone else can have a bad game and life goes on. If he had given away the penalty in the manor that Davies did then there would have been proper hell.

Because Davies had an ok game apart from the pen. Aurier was and always is a walking disaster that gives the ball away, has no positional sense and can't be arsed to cover his own position. Honestly, a right back that is worse than a right winger covering a right back would be. Awful player with the odd good delivery.

As I said a few days ago, just imagine if we had a RB that we could actually trust to play RB... because we currently don't in Aurier so we have to build a system to accomodate him and he's not good enough to justify it. Has to be a priority to upgrade in the Summer.

I think Jose missed a trick here and should have played Tanganga.

Never known a defender with zero positional sense, it’s like he wants to be out of position to make a camera tackle.

This is the thing. Let's accept for a minute that he is a winger and should not be held accountable for any defensive errors, ludicrous as that is. He's just not a good enough winger either.

Not the worst today on the pitch today, but not much more positivity to add.

So your beef should be with Mourinho then as he feels that Aurier is following instructions. If he wasn’t then he would be dropped?

lost count the number of times he gave the ball away.

yup he lost the ball few times when we had the chance to go for a quick counter-attack and rb got the chance to strike back. tbf 3-4 players had a worse performance yesterday than serge.
