He’s so slow and I can’t really work out why. He’s got the build and frame of a sprinter.
Advice moving forward try not to stereotype. I wouldn't say he's slow just Gbanby is lightning quick and had to run on him with the straight ball over the top.

It doesn't matter, he clearly our best option.

He may well be a good ‘option’ there, same as Foyth.. But as the squad is listed, he is not a RB... And therefore as a fucking Premier League manager, I would not go in to a season with this situation. He is still our official best RB.

We seem to be underestimating Gnabry. Not many defenders can deal with him at the moment
He scored one goal this season before today. He is a good player, but we are, in theory quite a good side. We should deal with it better, and tbf this is a team thing. But he did have a very poor game.

Aurier is a talented player, and it is a perfectly legitimate opinion to think he is the best we have (though I disagree). But he had a poor day in the office, and he has had quite a lot of them. He is frustratingly inconsistent. And in my humble opinion, positionally the worst fullback we have had since Alan Hutton (also a player with a lot of talent).

Okay cool but let's just play Sissoko there anyway because even though he's not a registered RB we might not concede some fucking goals with him there lol

Strange isn’t it all our fullbacks look awful....

Trippier
Aurier
Kwp
Rose
Davies

but nobody looks at the formation and the collective our midfield leaves our defence isolated then with poch’s tactics of pushing our full backs high it results in more exposure and unless you are a supreme athlete you will fail

He isn't that quick though, not slow but not quick. Powerful, yes, but I've never understood why this myth.

People change position all the time. Rose was a winger at Foyth's age, Pavard a CB. I'm pretty sure Poch sees Foyth as a right back, and when fit it is where he will play.

Cool, but you’re a stats guy, right? Let’s see how many minutes Sissoko gets at RB.. If you think yourself better than the coaching staff, that’s up to you. There is literally no proof Sissoko will be any better.

I’m not saying we can’t do better.. In fact, I’m saying we SHOULD have done much better, but as RB’s go, he is the best we have. Faults an all.. That’s my point.

Yeah, I can see our player of the year from CM, playing RB to please you all... Are you mental?? I’m not even a big Sissoko fan, but if you think Poch will drop him to RB, you are all mistaken. It may not be your fault, cos in part I agree, but the manager will not be doing it.

He is better going forwards than back. He hits the ball cleanly (can shoot and cross); great assets to have. He is better than Tripier.
Trouble is his positioning and decision making aren't up to speed yet. Maybe he will learn, maybe not.
However he still isn't a top-6 RB.

It was painful to watch but watch I did....our biggest problems are at CB our full backs have been overall poor since we sold Walker. Theres a multitude of problems that will not get resolved without further investments.

What the hell are you on about

Sissoko played RB at the Nou Camp and against Southampton AND played well, there is literal proof that he is indefinitely better than our current options who have all have massive limitations.

I mean you're actually saying that a dude who tried to play offside in his own half tonight is our best right back, mental

Midfield mate. I keep beating this drum. But our defense is crazy exposed atm. No signing will sort that out.
