I said yesterday that we did ok but something just isn’t clicking but I can’t pinpoint what it is . Our forwards are getting pelters but other than the odd half chance I can’t think of many misses.
I think there were big chances but people don’t shoot, like udogies, like Maddisons, solankes, then plenty of other big chances where players take the wrong option like Kulu when he could put solanke in, Kulu when he had 4 players as options and took too long and saliba got him.
I don’t think they really created much bar martinelli when that was clearly a foul in the build up.
The ref didn’t help when he gave fouls that weren’t when we were breaking

We all see it differently, and have different expectations I suppose.

Rod was one of our better players, and was clearly asked to play deeper in whats been a stop start opening to the season for him. He adjusted well.

If you split the team in two, the problems in the defensive half were Porro in the first half, then we all know the fine margin on which the game was decided.

They did have the easier job, given how solid that lot have become defensively- and their defensive tactics.

Not the game to reach such damning judgements.

Coventry and Brentford will be.

Such a shame. Fantastic player - absolute shell of himself post injury

Not looking good for him or us unfortunately atm

Anonymous first half. Showed a bit more for it 2nd half. Helped when he had a bit more movement around him after the substitutions
