Did well when he came on. Good passes and brought much needed passion. Even though a lot of people here do not rate him we have missed him. I just hope he can stay fit now to help the team and give Solanke a breather.

I’d start him in the wide positions once fully fit. Gives us another out ball with the cross field switch and adds some much needed physicality as we are a weak as piss team

The longer he’s been out the better he’s got, again

He’s been so disappointing for us apart from when we first signed him and the odd moment here and there

A bit like Maddison

Showed a willingness when he came on, and a lovely through ball to Spence too. A few hopeless crosses into the box but I think that was just out of desperation. Still needs to hold it up better with his back to goal when at half way.

Terrible source but hopefully true, good luck to him but needs a change

Was going to get mad and say why didn't you realise that during the summer when we could have sold you for big money but who am I kidding, we probably would have used that cash to sign another kid and just pocket the rest

Big time for him now with Solanke's injury. He needs to stay fit and find form quickly. He has a good scoring record against his old club Everton and everyone knows he hates Liverpool. I do think he is capable of stepping up.

I agree. I thought he did well for us last year and was excited to see him and Dom trade off this season. His biggest weakness has been his injury record... So what can you do.

Has a chance of 20-30 games left to get back up to speed for the season. We could certainly use him

Should be careful not to rush him back though. Play Lankshear if R9 is considered at risk.
