I thought he coped pretty well considering what was happening in front of him. He's a very good player but every cb needs their midfield to offer protection. He got none In The first half.
It was not the midfield's fault that he had no idea where Osimhen was most of the time.

Romero is better on the ball, but how do you think he'd have coped with a midfield and forward line that gave the ball away seconds after receiving it? It's a team game and when the whole team aren't 'at it', individuals will inevitably make mistakes and look bad. How bad was Dragusin once Bentancur and Sarr shored up the midfield and Galatasaray started wilting?

Completely valid reply. Can't really argue with that.

Quite happy to keep giving him game time as long as he has players like Romero and Bentancur around him who are infinitely better on the ball. Him paired with Davies was always going to be a bit of a disaster, I just wasn't anticipating it being that bad.

Awful player, not sure what Bayern were seeing either.

Probably do well in a deeper containing defence.

Concerning how awful he’s been in the last two games.

We better hope VDV is back after the break.

I don't think he is an awful player at all. He is just not suited to the tactics we play. And if we are so inflexible in terms of playing style, then why did we buy him? He's on a hiding to nothing.

Feels like another one of those square peg purchases the club have a hard on for because it works financially.

Does stink of “square pegs in round holes”.

Our outrageous high line would have been better suited to someone with more recovery pace. Even Rodon beats Dragusin in a leg-race. Tanganga smokes them both.

Not saying I’d have kept either Rodon/Japhet in place of Drags, I wouldn’t. But they would both be better in this current set-up and neither are good enough.

Waiting for his agent to try to say stuff in the press.
He's not had a good start- he's still young enough for it to work for him.

Awful couple of games from him but on the bright side he was better in the second half and still pretty young for a CB. Hopefully grows a lot from here.

Any defender looks completely exposed in Anges system, even with a quality CB like Van De Ven we ship loads of goals

Any defence will be exposed under Anges tactics.
We are basically playing 2 at the back.
Ange needs to say if one full back goes forward the other stays to make it 3.

I don't think he's half as bad as he has been the last few games really, but he clearly needs guidance on the pitch that he's not getting right now.

Doesn't fit in on the left side and playing with disinterested "leader" next to him. We would have been better with Dragusin - Davies tonight
