It was painful watching him trying to run back towards the end of the game yesterday

He needs a break, but unfortunately other injuries have meant we can't do it. Hopefully now Udogie is back Spence can play RB and give him a much needed rest.

That’s if Udogie is fit enough to play himself.

Agree though that he’s in dire need of a rest.

Nearly cost us the game just moments after it went 2-2 with one of the most ridiculous attempts at a tackle ive ever seen. Lucky Sarr bailed him out.

Some delightful crosses today - especially the assist, being a first-time cross; something we’ve been incredibly reluctant to do for some bizarre reason.

Biggest takeaway from today has to be more early balls into the box, Solanke needs it and it was our biggest weapon today. Some great deliveries.

Thought he was fantastic today, much improved on recent performances after having a full week of recovery (for the first time in a long while!)

Is there any mileage playing him in front of Spence once we have a fit left back. this plays to his strength in crossing with pace and accuracy and mitigates his weakness, defending

Guy should be told he needs at least 10 crosses a match otherwise he has to walk home after the game. Such a weapon.

Good going forward but has regressed defensively in the last two months. He is consistently out of position and gets caught ball watching in defensive transition. Seems to do better with Romero alongside him. Also, he admittedly gets zero help from Johnson who is even more of a liability defensively. His pressing is mediocre, tracking players is awful, and ducks out of 50/50 challenges. Often leaving Porro isolated on the right. It’s no coincidence team often target that side of the field.

At this juncture we actually need better defensive play than we are currently getting from Porro.

I think so - better delivery than Johnson by a mile, and would improve us defensively too

Such a shame he couldn't convert the chance when Bergvall pinched it off Alison, but the guy is a machine and keeps on keeping on.
