I haven't really been impressed since before he went off the cup of nations last year.

I'm not entirely sure what he offers.

At the same time, I'm not really sure what anyone offers at the moment.

He’s not been great so far this season. But this is part of the problem with young players, they often have dips of form like this.

We frequently have people on here calling for first team players to be dropped for kids to have a chance. Well Sarr has been one of those kids given that exact chance. You have to take the rough with the smooth in this scenario.

He‘s technically limited, but when he’s on form he provides energy and work rate to our midfield and can really make us tick. If we can get him back in form he’ll be fine.

My only real concern with him is when he’s on that right hand side of midfield with Johnson on the wing, who also struggles technically at times. I don’t think that’s a good pairing.

Didn't he say a while back that people would call him Roberto Carlos for the way he would bang in long distance shots, or am I completely imagining it?!!

It's one thing I've noticed is that if he gets into space outside the box he's willing to give it a crack, although he never gets close to hitting the target or troubling the keeper.

Not that we should be relying on him for that so I'm not going to criticise him, he's still young, works bloody hard and has a lot of room to grow.

There was a phase that culminated in the Fulham home game last season when he was outstanding and I thought we were seeing the birth of a superstar. Those performances have not been continued or backed up but my goodness the boy has all the tools and is still so young. I think he's going to be great. Who knows - maybe he, Gary and Lucas could be the midfield for us in the coming years that elevates us to greatness !

Pressed well for the 1st, scored the 2nd, made the run and pass into Son for the 3rd.

Hope it can kick-start his season.

Needed his running when we went down to 10. Scored the most important goal that allowed us to relax a bit.

Not a vintage performance but job done.

Don’t care much about the goal. The lad can run like the wind and press like a banshee, which is exactly what we needed in this situation.

Just shows you, as we were about to take the corner I commented, “what’s the point of Sarr being in the box, he never wins it”, & then tho & behold.

Now popping up with goals and assists, and it feels totally normalised.

For someone who’s only just 22, he’s a really valuable part of the squad

He looks a bit lost at the moment, but is still popping up with important contributions.

He’s also really good at winning the ball high up and helps us to pin the opposition back.

Changed the name on his shirt and doesn’t seem quite the happy smiley player of previous, so I hope all is well with him.

What? He was a candidate for MOM tonight. He's looking a great player now. He and Biss said the foundations today and Sarr is only just over 20.

Really? Onions as always but he looks like a player without a position to me.

I thought the midfield didn’t really click tonight with Bissouma having to work really hard.

Yeah he wasn't great today. But popped up with an important goal which is never a bad thing.
Don't think conditions were easy for anyone though TBF.
