I dont see fee being listed anywhere. But in their statement, selling club Gangwon FC say, fee is the highest for a player moving directly from KLeague to a European club. Current record is like 4m€ for a player to Feynoord back in 2002. K-league overall record is 5.5m€ to a Chinese club. So, given they didnt outright say biggest fee in Kleague...
I think we can say his fee is between 4 to 5.5m€ which seems nominal for his age & experience.

Does he have to six months national service or win something before he reaches a certain age. The same issues we had with Sonny?

Almost 2 years service, so expect us to allow him to participate in every tournament there is. Believe it can be done up until 35 yo or something though.
