I’m just gonna see what he’s like if he gets some game time. At the min, I think he looks slightly lightweight due to only being young, but we’ll see.

No pressure on the lad from me.

There arent many who break though at an early age and go on to play until mid 30's at a high level
Not always. Ronaldo and Messi didnt dwindle.

Rooney didnt exactly look after himself.

Would not surprise me if he goes on loan (premier league team) as part of a deal for a player.
It would surprise me. We will want him close to monitor his development and ensure he is not overused, and also ensure that he gets his 3 years as a club-trained player.

I said generally, which is not always.
I said few who break through early play into their mid 30's at a high level.
There are few like Messi and Ronaldo

My point is that rooney is a terrible comparison.

More modern players seem to look after themselves better, and sports science has moved on.

Im not sure overplaying at youth is as a major issue as before. Difficult to day.
