Be livid if its another long term injury, making out its just a precaution.

Probably dont want the backlash after the window if theyre concealing the extent of injury

Hopefully precaution, but a bit embarrassing if someone like me can predict we'd be in the shit two seasons running without adequate cover.

This lad is unbelievable. If he continues to improve he has to be in the conversation for best centre back in the world.

It’s time to have the best center back in the league conversation, he is undeniably world class.
He's getting better every game and he has started to make his height count with the number of aerial balls he's winning.

I don't think he's better than Saliba, van Dijk or Dias. I rate them a tier above most, but he's near the top of the next bracket for me.

The only center back I’d put above him is Van Dijk, by a slim margin. Saliba and Dias are incredible, but I don’t think they offer as much as Micky does. It’s personal opinion though.

Love these reactions from Brennan and Solanke.

It's more than just celebrating together.

They are laughing at how good he is.

Ten Hag just said it’s impossible that a centre back should be able to run through the whole team. Well normally yes, but we’re not talking about a normal player, he’s a freak of nature!

Spot on. That’s a ‘holy shit Micky, what have you just done’. Brennan isn’t even really thinking about having scored a goal (nice kid that he is), it’s more ‘this is great, you’ve absolutely rinsed them there’

Tbh, I think his Everton assist is far better than today's at United. Today was a red sea parting , but that one more impressive because it required him to think as well in when he passed the ball to Sonny....
But then, a CB doing the something like this in space of 2 games in PL is just unheard of.

What a monster. He needs to be preserved as much as possible.

Workload. He’ll need to play on Thursday so need to give those hamstrings a rest
I actually wonder if he will. Possibly go with Davies to start alongside Romero with Micky back in for Brighton, otherwise he's going to have played 4 games in a week and-a-half and then he really will be in the red zone.

Twice as many assists as De Bruyne, Trent or Fernandes have so far this season.

(pretent we're not in September still)
