Bluto, come on. Where is your fact checking?

Do you really think that the mighty Lucas Bergvall would have less than 10K followers?

We need more characters like Lucas going forward. Players with elite mentality who understand what it’s all about.

Definitely one of his better games of late . Rarely gave the ball away and no reckless challenges .

him and Maddison were both very good 1st half

Bergvall is the closest Dembele like player I have seen. Fake hip swivel & move the ball is just Dembele. Unlike him, we got Bergvall at 18.
IMO, he is the best of all the teenagers in PL let alone at Spurs. Sure Moore is great prospect . Gray is also on par but for him he is being played everywhere - so he needs to nail down his position.

Long pass ✅
Dribbling & ball carrying ✅
Aerial challenges ✅
Tenacious in midfield ✅
Attitude & belief ✅
Vision & creativity ✅

Ofcourse he needs to tighten up few areas especially out of possession but in this Ange team that’s not possible even for an experienced one.
Overall, we need to build the team around or with him as core.

Getting better every game, making it look easy in there at times Modricesque.

Great signing and talent well done scouting team.

He seems a good character also.

I thought yesterday was his best performance for us so far - looked confident in what he was doing.

I’m certainly not comparing him to Ossie, but when he dribbles he seems to slightly over play the ball, enticing the opposition commit to challenging thinking they can get it before he just nicks away and leaves them. Just like Ossie use to

It's really interesting that, even with Sarr and Bissouma available and fit, he's now (justifiably) first choice.

It's also incredibly helpful that when (as is inevitable) he starts to run out of steam, you can bring one of those two on to see a game out - or vice versa

Our bench options are starting to look good again, and given the likes of he, Gray, Moore etc are now properly first team acclimatised, we can actually look forward to the end of the season.

He looks an absolutely ideal 8 IMO. Skillful, strong, touch to tackle, abrasive, good passing and imposing, with the ability to pop up with a goal. Massive potential. Really exciting.

Feels like at 8 we now have him, Bissouma (he's better there than 6) and Sarr, with Bentancur at 6.

I'd love to see Gray in that 6 role at some point. He feels like Rodri's natural rotation option, given our options at CB are improving.

He is good at taking the ball under pressure and beating a few men and opening up space. Really important attribute that in pure consistency terms few if none of our other midfielders really have.

you watch the game and he is always taking the ball and swivelling against his opponent and then as he goes past the space opens up for the team. Our other midfielders when they face an opponent normally just pass to the side which the opposition can contain easier.
