Absolute class act. Controls the game from the moment he enters the pitch, constantly wanting the ball, driving forward and making things happen.

He is leagues above a number of our players and is only 18 years old. His potential is insanely high.

Compare him today to Sarr and the levels are miles and miles apart. That’s not to say I don’t rate Sarr but he isn’t on the same level as Bergvall as technically he is a long long long way behind.

Some good games this month for him build on and impress. Really need one of the CB's to recover soon just so we can have Gray and Bergvall in the midfield together.

Different players, I don't disagree that Bergvall has a higher ceiling but it is comparing different skillsets. Athletically Sarr is unbelievable, that real box to box non stop engine but he lacks the guile that Bergvall has.

I just love him. Watching him play is an absolute joy, he’s my type of player.

Glides around the pitch, never stops moving to receive the ball and dictate play. Technically brilliant, quick across the ground, gets stuck in and constantly looks to dominate the game and make himself available for passes to progress play. Has a variety of passes in his locker too and I reckon his passing will get better and better.

I love that he is feisty and loves a challenge, but at some point he will get punished for it. We just need to remember that he's young and not to lose our shit when it inevitably happens.

Lately that's true. Sarr has had games and even patches like that though and it's not uncommon for younger players to be patchy with their form. This doesn't mean I don't think Bergvall isn't the better prospect because imo he is, but I'd certainly want to keep both of them around and maybe try them both together at some point against certain teams.

This is true. He’s going to make a silly mistake and get himself sent off at some point soon imo. As long as he learns from it, it’s part of the process with young players.

Yeah, he'll see a couple of reds for us I'm absolutely certain of it. As long as it doesn't become habitual I'm fine with it, it's all part of the learning curve while he adjusts to the English game.

He’s one of the players that has really stepped up to the challenge.

I love his style of play. He will have a few ups and downs and it’s only a matter of time before he gets sent off for a silly challenge but he’s definitely one we should be very happy with.

Likes Erik Lamela, deal with it.

I love the fact he has that bite and shithousery about him. He is obviously very talented but it's the Lamela type attitude that has me most excited about him.

Has to start on Wednesday, think he'll relish it, ref will probably be itching to send him off no doubt after last week so he needs to be a bit careful.

Looks like he’s massively stepped up his fitness in the last two months, looking much sharper and stronger. Been really impress ed with his energy and pressing but he’s still a bit raw in his positioning and often gets caught in no man’s land off the ball which is why comparing him to Sarr isn’t helpful, Sarr is much better out of possession and seems to be in the right place the majority of the time. I think both of them could grow together and end up working well as a pair or part of a 3 in the future

Looks a quality player. One thing I have noticed is that he takes his eye off the ball or play or will turn his back and has missed a pass into him because of it, small thing and I'd imagine the players and coaches will help him on that.

Personally I see him more as an 8 making runs into the box and bagging some goals with Gray the more disciplined and more likely 6. Still feels like we need another experienced body in that midfield though so not surprised by the links to Fratessi

I reckon he’s had a growth spurt in the last month or two. I noticed he and Kinsky embracing after the Liverpool game and they looked to be the same height.

Funny you should say that but they did a very approximate check of player heights just two days ago on Spurs social media. Bergvall was measured at 188cm, so 6ft2. That's taller than I was expecting, and he's filling out physically too.
