SO Eriksen did give Jan a black eye in an "accidental" training ground clash.

Sounds weird.

The thing is we're not gonna actually know if it's true or not. Obviously the player(s) will play it down. It actually looks like it has legs.. imo

And I'm not going to actually KNOW that Donald Trump's mother did NOT conceive with an orangutan.

Because you can't prove a negative.

But as the late Christophe Hitchens said, “that which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.”

Sad to see Jan struggle today against a side like Watford, looks to be coming to the end at this level.

That awful pass at the end aside I thought he was the least of our problems in defence. Alder and Rose were both terrible.

Not gonna deny they were all shite. Curious if you watched stream or at Lane? I was at the game and he just seemed to be getting caught so much!

Stream, so thats pretty interesting. For the goal especially Alder and Rose were just woeful so Id say that being the main reason Im more critical of them.

Never understood why so many on here wanted to give him a 3 year extension after he was hurt so long last year and at his age.

Seems like he aged 10 yrs over the summer. Has looked so slow this season, and his positioning hasn't been much better.
That said, he's constantly being left in the shit by Rose. Who defensively has been woeful.

I've had a few Arsenal fans say to me that losing Alder, Vert and Eriksen on a free we're losing 200 million worth of talent for free and I just laugh and say you haven't watched us for a while have you. Eriksen will probably recapture his form and look closer to a 100 mill player if he gets his dream move but the other 2 have fallen apart.

Hitchens was happy enough to accept that there were weapons of mass destruction though, with absolutely no evidence.

Thought this was his best performance of the season. Had a nightmare job on with Traore, and with very little help from Sonny, did just about as well as he could. Although Traore burned him numerous times, and scored the leveller, not sure Jan can be blamed, and really don't think he could do much better. And the winning header was superb.

Your Sonny point is interesting....in a few of the various formations Mourinho has tried Son has had to do a lot of donkey work left side getting back. In the game where played three at the back in possession but four when in defence...was virtually a left wing back....we all know that is a waste. Vert needed a lasso a times with Traore....surprised he had the energy to get up for the corner! May see Sessegon get the left spot occasionally playing in front of Vert
