I don’t think people appreciate H

People talk about us playing better when he is o
I usually don't like commenting on this stuff, but people saying Kane has recently declared he wants to leave has to be totally ignored.

He's been out injured all season, his focus is on recovering and playing for Spurs again as soon as possible.

Reassuring

but he must be disappointed regardless at the state of affairs

him not missing 3 months a season doesn’t help but equally he will know in his head we are further than ever since he broke into the team form competing for trophies

The Euros has been postponed this could be good news long term for Kane.

It goes without saying the circumstances (Coronavirus) is a worry worldwide for all of us and in such times health safety wellbeing comes first.

No. Wouldn’t take any of them over Kane.

Just not long ago, so many of us are so against us selling our best players - 'we are not a feeder/selling club' keeps ringing round and round.

Now we couldn't even confirm the rumours of Kane leaving and almost everyone is OK for him to leave, sell for a great profit to rebuild the team because Mourinho is not the man to bring glory for Kane to waste time here.

Hmm.

That's because some people can see that there's a difference between being a feeder club and letting a player who has been in the team for seven years move on. Most players move clubs at some point in their career. It's part of football. If we sold Lo Celso in the summer that's being a selling club.
Personally I think we'll try to hang on to him for as long as we can and he'll stay at least one more year.

If people don’t rate Kane then there is zero point talking to them about football.

I'm assuming you left out Messi as you don't consider him to be a a no. 9 type forward

A prolonged rest and recovery and no football for Harry could mean he could get even better. COULD. I am not sure we will see the likes of his form from 2016-2018 again however.
The problem is, as he approaches his expected peak, is that he is not being protected from himself. He has not given himself the recovery that his injuries have required and it has cost him in my opinion and he demands to play most games and this goes back to us not having another striker in my opinion. I think the previous manager gave him too much rope although that also may have been necessity.
He is a brilliant striker in my opinion but to get to (or get back to) the elite level he needs to look after himself better. I personally think he is in the same bracket as Lewandowski as a number nine, perhaps potentially better. But he needs to think abut the next 7 years of his carerr and not just the next seven games.

"I'm good. From a rehab point of view and personal point of view, I'm doing really well," Kane told the club's website. "I'm at a good stage now and just working hard, doing a lot of recovery, a lot of rehab and just waiting to see what happens to the season."

"Other than that, my family is well, and obviously everyone is thinking about coronavirus at the moment and it's a time to be together, to stay safe and hopefully everything will be alright."

"I'm not too far away, I'd normally hope to be back with the team in two or three weeks' time."

"I'm at a good stage, pretty much doing everything, now it's about building up my fitness. So from my personal point of view, I'm in a good place."

Maybe this will actually help him in the long run as he won't be rushing back from an injury at last.

Still think it's too soon for him to consider leaving. Give it a couple more seasons and if we're not winning things leave like Eriksen at 28.

Thats too late for him ( personal pov ). Good for us but he basically wasted his prime with us

I wouldn't say he wasted his prime with us. We did great things under Poch and he got regular CL football while setting a record for youngest player to hit 20 CL goals. Maybe his peak has come earlier because of his injuries but I still think he'll be great for some years and play into his late 30s. Sure it's a shame he hasn't won trophies with us but he has a better chance winning under Jose than Poch. If it comes down to just winning trophies like Bale did then he could still make a big move in his late 20s and win plenty.
