Maybe this will actually help him in the long run as he won't be rushing back from an injury at last.

Hamstrings need the most recovering from out of most major injuries too. Hopefully he will get enough rest but also enough time to test it

An actual positive during these bleak times, Kane will be fit when we resume and not rushed back! ??

Wonder if likes of Bergwijn and Son will be back?

With the length of time before the season re-starts, David Buust will be fit to play again. (One for the over 40's there)

Funny how this has gone under the radar and the rumours of him leaving produced 20 pages or self wallowing.

Mainly because that quote was actually from a couple of years ago, and in that interview he was insinuating that as long as we were competing for the tile (as we were back then) then he'd happily stay with us as he is a Spurs fan, an winning titles with us was more important than earning £250k a week at Man U (which is what they were paying their then new record signing Lukaku).

From 2018:
Kane is said to be currently earning less than half of Romelu Lukaku's £250,000-a-week wages at Manchester United, a side he has been linked with in the past, but he insists that his head will not be turned by the prospect of earning a larger salary at another club.

"Football for me isn't about money. I'm at Tottenham because I love this club and I see it going in the right direction," The Sun quotes him as saying.

"I feel we are one of the best teams in England and Europe, so I'm excited for the future ahead. Everyone knows I'm a Spurs fan and that's where I want to be for the foreseeable future. I have a great relationship with the manager and the fans.

"At the end of the season I expect us to be up there fighting for that title again and hopefully we can turn some of our ambition into wins."

I wonder if he still thinks he can win the title with us now?

He’s currently doing a live chat with Jamie Redknapp on Instagram and said all the above which is that whilst he felt spurs were still competing and moving in the right direction he would happily stay. He also said he really wants to win things though (esp the premier league).

Thats that then. Harry, like every player and supporter, wants to see ambition. The chairman will have to bite the bullet and actually invest this summer. Too bad he wont.
