Getting Lo Celso on loan Levy imo showed he’s hand regarding Pochettino and not backing him in the transfer 100% . I do worry Mourinho won’t use him and Ndombele.
Hope I’m wrong

Getting Lo Celso on loan showed backing Pochettino in 100% because we were close to Dybala.
Yeah, shame the out going manager put off playing him though.Getting Lo Celso on loan was nothing to do with backing anyone, it was as usual, the cheapest way for Teflon to do the deal. Everything else comes second.

I do and I don’t. I do feel yes, there’s truth in what you say that it was the cheapest way for Levy to do it, while also satisfying Betis need to get the margin they wanted, but I don’t think this is a sign of failing to back Pochettino as ultimately he got the player he wanted. I just think it was the only way to get Pochettino his player, give Betis their margin and still keep the cost within reason. He found a way to make everyone happy in my opinion, which he used to be great at but less so in recent years. Hopefully the result is that there’s more money in the kitty to make the obvious improvements necessary across the next two windows. You disagree you handsome fuck?

And after one PL match from start in the position you say he is suited for, you have surmised that Lo Celso is consistent? How do you know?He had a fairly forgettable match performing slightly worse than the most mundane performances from Lucas, but you know already that Lo Celso better, AND more determined? The only reason fans want Lo Celso to play is that he's played so little that the illusion of a shiny new signing still lingers.
Cult.
Nobody has watched him very much in PL for Tottenham after signing for us, which really is what matters. I don't count La Liga in general as a valid platform for direct comparison to PL, as there are plenty of teams that's no better than Championship level. Which ties in with your argument about Crvena zvezda. Very many player were playing very well vs. them, so again not really a yardstick. Vs. Sheffield United he was a slight improvement on what Sissoko brings to that role, but not much more. Which I don't really blame him for, it being his first PL start in a turbulent season. My problem is that fans declare him as the solution to all our worries, when he obviously is not at this specific point, and if it continues he might not even stay at Tottenham for that long.Look, you've clearly never watched Lo Celso play before he signed with us, which is fine.

that cult Eriksen is the problem here. Or rather the Head Coaches who keep playing him. GLC should be first change, instead of him, which would give him more chance to establish himself. It's fkin pointless picking Eriksen.
These are the cold, hard facts unfortunately. I'd like to see them both in the same team but if we're being realistic, Eriksen is ahead of Lo Celso in the pecking order.Well he's the better player right now and we need to win, and as Mou said GLC needs time to adapt to the PL.
