Please please please. Give me GLC and any one of the other 3.

I really think this guy is going to be a beast for the next 5 years. Big, fast, skilled, work rate, positional flexibility, etc. he’s got it all.

he looks no more than 5'10 I'd say, and no brick 'house, although he looks like a battler

unlike Eriksen

and Coutinho

:)

If GLC and Coutinho happen - I think a setup like

---Son -- Kane
-----Coutinho----
GLC ---- Ndombele
----- Winks -----
Rose -- JV - Toby --- KWP
------ Hugo ----------

would be very lethal.
We'll get absolutely fucked on the counter if we persist with this poxy diamond without Dier dropping in as a 3rd CB like in the old days.

Ignoring of course that Eriksen every year is in the top two or three players in the league for distance covered during matches and is probably the best athlete at our club and the least injury prone. He does though appear to have lost his appetite for being st Spurs and so needs to shape up now or go.

Swap Kwp with foyth

Bench = Gaza Sanchez Dier Sissoko Dele Lamela Lucas

Arguably based on your first xi above, as long as GLC is done, either of Coutinho or Dybala would still be lethal!

Trix saying 2 from 4. Dybala/GLC/Fernandes/Coutinho.

But we've been told all along that GLC was the main target after nDombele and not dependent on Eriksen going.

So I'd be severely disappointed if we did not secure GLC now.

If we sign Coutinho and he pulls a hammy, we need another creator in the side to provide depth and rotation/tactical options.

For me it's Coutinho/GLC and Dybala to have any credible chance of achieving something this season.

I think it’s more that Coutinho/Dybala are opportunistic moves that means we won’t now pursue GLC/Fernandes

From the various sources it feels like we are in for GLC plus one of Dybala/ Coutinho. Could yet end up with one, two or none of them!

Seems to have gone quiet on GLC/Fernandes for now though. I suspect because Dybala/Coutinho became available. Trix said we should hopefully end up with 2 from 4 of them.

Have to be honest, whilst it's super cool being heavily linked with Dybala and Coutinho, it's made me realise how much I want GLC still and that actually I'm not THAT fussy about Fernandes - with him apparently the least likely of the 4 now.

Overall I'd be happy with any 2 of the 4 as long as that's the very least we get with Sess added on for good measure.

Maybe its not quite silence on GLC but the barely audible sound of teeth being gnashed in a Seville boardroom. ;)

Totally. Order of preference is same as yours:
- GLC
- Dybala
- Coutinho
- BF...if the others go pear shaped. In reality I think he’s a level below

My major preference though is GLC as a good al rounder and a player with massive potential and Dybala to play further forward alongside Kane and one of Son or Moura.

Experience tells me that we only get one of them, but let’s see.

This is mental

I still really want this guy.

If Eriksen goes, which seems inevitable now, best case scenario for me is him and Dybala. However, I don't think that would work financially at all.

Well, GLC has never been dependant on Eriksen staying or going - If we are to get Dybala too, then I would assume there would be a shortfall from the Eriksen money to make up, though that could be mitigated somewhat if we are able to sell deadwood too. It works for me :)

When Philippe Coutinho is 3rd on a list of targets, that's when you know it's gonna be fine either way
