Up there with Ndombele for me in terms of absolutely rubbish transfers. Will be glad to move on.
Ndombele was in a league of his own in terms disaster signings, but yeah I agree this was also a poor poor singing, at a time when we could ill afford such expensive mistakes as we were still in prime Kane era and needed to surround him with better players. Unfortunately we blew a load of money on these two.

not bad at all, said the other day that if chiesa was 12million, we should accept under £10million for gio. Also given that we have gotten a deal agreed for the betis player if we want next year, not a bad deal at all.

The final nail in the 2019 transfer window coffin. That summer plus Jose and Antonio set us back years. Absolute disaster of a summer

At least it’s money, wages off the books too.
We must have shifted so many wages from the last 3 transfer windows! If Reggie goes too it’s good work
No clue what he's making but recent reports stated that he was asking for €90k/week wages to leave. It's not nothing that we'll likely save €4m or so in wages on him, this year.

He couldn’t stay , I always liked him but you just can’t rely on him.

He will do well at Betis im sure and he gets to live in an amazing city so good luck to him.

Happy days. This has been a brilliant window for getting rid of dead wood. Badly needed too
