That pass on Sunday was clearly just a cry for help.

People don’t know what it’s like for a Welshman living in England, new culture, language, women etc and people act all surprised when he acts out a bit. Bringing Bale back will go a long way to really helping him establish himself amongst the squad.

It’s definitely happening. My lucky shirt tells me so. Signed in the dressing room after Bale’s worldly to beat West Ham. Ah, the memories.

I think i've figured out why Levy's delaying the announcement that he's in the bag. He's got to finish getting the new merch ordered for the club shop first.

So we've all done the Avatars, what else can we do? usernames? signatures? tattoos? shirts? TELL ME WHAT ELSE I CAN DO TO MAKE IT HAPPEN

Can't work out if this is a joke or not?

If you sell Rose, Aurier, and Gazzaniga you’ve opened 175k in wages. Sissoko and Lamela are another combined 160k. Vertonghen’s 100k has already come off.

250k is about £12.5m a season, which I feel confident we could rustle up for as big of a signing as Bale. If you needed to sell to get that money, we could without seriously harming the quality of the team.

I was sat in the WHU corporate seats for that game with my old man, a Wet Spam Fan. He’s severely disabled after a stroke and that game was played on his birthday. Never seen a more amazing game until Amsterdam last year. God I hope we bring him back. #COYS

Much easier in principle than in practice. Still think it’s not a huge ask considering we’ve shifted Verts off the books though.

Went for a nice dinner. Came back to 50 plus new pages in Bale thread... im convinced there is a pic of him somewhere holding our kit and realized there is a "i'm in" movement :)

Ah fuck this, I’m in. I was holding back on my donation to the site until the last minute as well. Was hoping to negotiate with A&C a £25 donation in 1p instalments with an add on if we win the CL 6 times in a row. Also last minute means I might be able to low ball him for a fiver. But bugger it. Let’s go crazy. Donation made ?

Jokes aside: is the injury thing slightly over-played? Just did a check on Transfermarkt and compared him with Kane, who has his injury problems but would certainly not be considered crocked.

Days missed due to injury since start of 2016/17 season:
Kane - 292 days
Bale - 315 days

That's only 3 weeks difference. Obviously this is a massively simplified way of looking at a complex problem (types of injuries, frequency vs severity, etc.), but it did make me wonder.
