Yep, no Dier once he gets a heavy ban (could be 9 months like Cantona). Alli will be banned aswell. Our threadbare squad is getting worse by the minute.
Don't see that as a negative tbh - Dier? Hey ho, looked good at CB, but reckon his best days are behind him anyway.

Ironically going to lose him, possibly for the rest of the season, just as we find out he is he centre back we have been looking for. Second start at centre back and a thoroughly decent show.

More worryingly is the increasing disconnect between players and fans boiling over into actual confrontation. That is a slippery slope that is hard to recover from.

Who exactly could ban him and for what?

The FA could and most probably will ban him. Simply put, a player is not allowed to enter the crowd and start punching a fan. The guy who abused his brother is obviously an absolute moron, however Dier is a professional on over £100k a week which comes with responsibilities.

Has he even done anything other than go into the crowd, don’t see why he’d be banned

Have those saying he's going to get a massive ban actually seen some footage we haven't? Or are you just jumping to conclusions?

It was an emotional response caused most likely by a fan insulting people close to him. All the focus will be on Dier, but the bellend goading him won't suffer any consquences. Fuck that, I'm with Dier on this. Fuck that fan, who does he think he is? Tosser.

Wow, that's how quickly nonsense and misinformation can spread. Nothing whatsoever to do with racism. Logically no way he could have heard and singled out a racist comment from that distance anyway. He stormed in to backup his brother like he was in the school playground. No idea what length of ban he'll get as it's not clear if he actually made much physical contact, but it sure does sum up our season. Absolutely mindless.

Mourinho has already stated it isn’t this. Can people not share this racist stuff. It’s been confirmed it isn’t this.
Agree gives power to something that just didn’t fucking happen that just gets jumped on.

He ran into the crowd and confronted him but there’s absolutely no footage of any form of assault, to perpetuate this without any evidence to suggest it is dangerous.

I think you know the answer to this.
