A 70% Dom Solanke would probably still have the work-rate of most top strikers, so I say play him even if he's not 100%.

Plus I reckon he'd love going back to Bournemouth. I know a few of their fans and they still hold him in very high regard.

Thought he was brilliant first half but with what he puts in levels are going to drop off second half, fantastic movement and finish for the goal.
Yet again another area that needs addressing in January though otherwise the club will break him, we are in a position financially whereby we can go and get osimhen or Gyokeres who are exactly the type of signing we need to make as at the moment every time I see him closing someone down I’m waiting for him to pull up with a hammie.
Obviously won’t happen though what with Baldie being in charge, just makes me wonder what’s the point in having the pretence of a recruitment and scouting network when you quite clearly won’t buy anyone who you don’t feel you can make a few quid on even if it’s to improve the current squad.

When was the last time we made money on a player that we signed for the first team?

Bale off the top of my head then academy we’ve let go Kane, winks and Skipp.
Probably a couple more but the brain isn’t playing ball at the moment!

Great striker. Works and creates plenty. Would love to see him paired with Delap if we could bring him in somehow. One pressing from the front and the other dribbling aggressively at the opposition and finding gaps. They’d be a class partnership and would give us a point of difference.

One of the fittest players I’ve seen wear the shirt but he tired second half which is a worry as we can’t rest him.

Very good again but missed a sitter
Obviously a big chance with a huge xG etc.

But he gets it at speed just as he is putting down his foot which makes it almost impossible for him to adjust.

Unfortunate more than anything else.

By far our best outfielder player today.

Quite fearful we will do the classic Spurs thing and run the poor guy into the ground.

I’d sign David in January to ease the load on Solanke. We’re not going to get anything for Richy now and David’s stats in France and Europe are impressive. Reckon we could get him for £10-15m.

Worth a mention about just how good he was yesterday. I thought it was a really good performance from him.
