I love having a manager with such a clear vision of how they want to play and what kind of players they need to suit their system, Ange has got a lot of his signings bang on
Yes I love that the club has stopped buying players based of name recognition and more on how do they actual suit the system.

As years go by Ange should be able to sculpt the squad more and more to his liking the more confident I am of us finally accomplishing something of consequence.

I'd have snapped your hands off for a one-in-two striker, but to have one who also has his work rate, hold-up play and general positive contribution on and off the ball is a real result for us.

Love watching him play.

Told you. Give him the chances and he'll put them away. What a monster of performance, especially after he ran himself dead against City.

After winning the free that led to our 4th, Solanke had a moment where Carlos fronted up in preparation for that annoying thing players do of pushing foreheads into one another. Dom declined the invitation and kept his head well away from any trouble. A nice display of self-control and an elite mentality.

Incredible work rate yet again and couple of goals won’t hurt his confidence, particularly that beautiful finish.

His running is mental, and it’s good running not headless stuff. He nicked it off I think Torres like 5 mins into injury time, unreal to be still pressing hard at that stage. Delighted he got his two

Appreciate him for what he is - a good striker who fits Ange's system brilliantly. Adds to the whole team as well as playing his own role.

He'll never find himself in the rarfieid air of being mentioned in Ballon d'Or convos but who gives AF?

Always knew the goals would come, to match his amazing work rate. It not just the running he does, he is so clever on when and who to press. Never seen a forward win the ball back so much in the final 3rd.
The fact he scored so many at Bournemouth shows he knows where the back of the net is, playing against premier league teams.

That clipped finish was 👏

I'll be honest I didn't know he had that level of composure. Expect the players to talk about him like pool players talk about Heskey, a real players player but offers even more threat than Heskey did

He’s also clearly better than Richarlison which some people seemed to be reluctant to accept when we signed him

He’s more like our Firmino I’d say
