I'm certainly not judging him on his morals - just his common sense. I do think that a lot of outrage is artificially created by the media and I also think that people's individual morals in football are often driven as much by partisanship as by a genuine outrage.Agree. But at the same time, it is media driven. Brainwashing the masses into outrage. Dele is a footballer, not a qualified politician or someone whose 'opinion' or humour really matters to anyone.
It's similar for me, of the Hollywood wankers who think their opinions actually mean anything. They don't. They are actors, professional pretenders.
It does show epic levels of naivety from Dele. But that's only because we live in a strange era of instant outrage and finger pointing. If most sat back and really considered that he is a football player, nothing more then it suddenly becomes far less interesting than say, if the home.sectetary said that 'all Chinese people have the lurgy'.
Good player is Dele......
