It's his last chance this season. If he doesn't perform no top club will want him and he'll be doomed to mid table mediocrity and i'm certain he'll be sold considering he's a player you need to build a system around.

He’s 24 ffs plenty of top clubs will be interested in him

I think he needs to be moved into cm and watch gerrard videos as he needs to improve but he has the potential to be a top cm.

he has been allowed a luxury position that has stopped him developing other parts of his game.

He has good passing range, just look at his time at mk dons.

I am quite disappointed with Jenas....he really doesnt seem to like Jose that much is evident and while I really love Dele and agree i want him treated right.... its obvious Dele is being challenged to find his best form atm. Sooner the window passes and he can get on with it the better!

I'll be honest, I think Dele was being selected after a long period of poor performances for way too long and this 'treatment' that he's receiving now only surprises me because I'm just used to him being picked regardless of how he's performing.

I give Jose credit for finally dropping him to be fair and doing as such could really help the development of the player. Seems to have gotten way too comfortable to be doing not a great deal on the pitch for a while now and when you're still being selected despite doing that, the drive to be better isn't going to be as great.

Talkshite dedicated a segment to Alli being done at Spurs. Fuckers.
After we got Bale there is no other news so this is getting hyped unnecessarily

Front page of BBC for me. Feels like more than just idle talk IMO, I bet his agent is out pushing the story to see if any interest gets drummed up.

BIt clickbaity from Jenas. I feared the worst when I saw that Dele was the main sports story on the beeb site but it's just Jenas with opinions.

I was trying to work this one out.

So much positivity around Spurs at the moment and so much football news generally, and yet they decide to lead with an article about Dele that is scraped together from Jenas chatting on the radio.

It's not really a normal BBC article, and it does feel like whoever runs their football section just enjoys giving us a kick at any opportunity. ??‍♂️

Why would the BBC want to bother with us on that level? Take the tin foil hat off.

A decent article written by Barney Rooney in the Guardian

If Dele has any sense he’ll see that there is a vacancy for a number 10 of his type if we set up for some matches, or during matches, with Bale, Kane and Son up top and with Ndombele and Lo Celso in midfield. He’d need to be prepared to work his socks off when not in possession though.

Jenas definitely has a chip on his shoulder about Jose being our manager. He is a good pundit/presenter, but his coverage of Spurs is getting pretty unprofessional imo.
