Lloris ahead of modric, dembele and alli? :ROFLMAO:

Id have something like

1. Kane
2. Bale
3. Modric
4. King
5. Dembele

for me kulu is nowhere near the levels yet that these top 5 guys set consistently but we'll see
I'm trying to work out if it means greatest ever players to have played for Spurs in the Prem era or if it means our best players in the Prem era.

If the former then you'd have to stick Modric and Bale at the top for all they have won with Real and then probably Berba who actually won something at Spurs before going on to win a load with UTD. If the latter then it's gonna be more players that have hit their prime here and then spent most of it with Spurs. That means most of Poch's team first on the list alongside King and maybe even Keane.

At least that's how I feel.

Goal magazine recently published a top 25 list of Spurs best players of this century.

Deki has a good chance of getting in the top 5, if he continues to improve, avoid major injuries and stays with us a few more years.

He has the right mentality.
No Soldado or Janssen?

Kulu needs to find the consistency and levels of that early form when we first signed him to get anywhere near the top 10

Loved Dembele on the ball but there was so much more of a player than he showed us, I feel he was a tad lazy and, *im at a good club, making a good wage, il settle*.

Also no Van der Varrt in that guys list….. he can fuck right off, the Dutchman was what Spurs should always be about, swagger, wants to entertain and numegged an Arsenal player twice in the space of a minute and grinned about it.

How is he not our captain?

It’s at the point where it’s beginning to become a bit odd.

As is the irony of him not being in the ‘Leadership’ group!
You've got to remember that at the end of last season, while there was no doubting his ability, there were doubts about how he fitted in to our style of play because he clearly wasn't the style of winger we all felt we needed.

He played up top in pre-season and while many felt he would suit the 10ish role, he was still pretty untested there so in all honesty, at the start of this season he maybe wasn't even a nailed-on starter.

As it stands now, he's taken the role and set it alight and yes, his mentality is great but you don't change captain a few months into a season.

Perfeft post, Kulo since his signing has been a bit hit and miss, this season he has excelled. Very hard to believe he is only 24. He is a bit of a man child. Love his passion and application, seems to love the club and has the attitude to match what us Spurs fans like, hope he continues to develop. I mean there is 3-4 years before we see his prime.

Yeah, it's easy to forget how young he is.
The leadership are the more senior players through the spine, Cuti, Madders and Son.
Kulu's time will come.

I think when he has another year he will explode, he has been rated by fans where ever he has been, most Juve fans loved him but really dent know where do deploy him.

I don’t mean to sound patronising he at all but being left footed is a massive, massive advantage in football. As a kid defensively your always told *keep the opposition on the weaker foot* mostly that’s the left foot, and in the heat of a game any defender will always be to be show them on to their left foot, always loved a lefty, I don’t know why I notice it but they look so different to a righty.

He's so strong. Gvardiol is massive and Kulu just shrugged him off before crossing for the first goal.

I'd never thought of it like that before! Cheers, @Donki!
