If Deki can continue to play at this level he will be rightly seen as one of the best players in Europe by the end of this season and his value will be north of £100m

I said it at the time but Kulu was obviously knackered at the end of last season. He was pretty much our only attacking player who didn't get injured so he ended up playing nearly every game. He's benefitted from the summer break.
Yes; may it long continue that Sweden doesn’t qualify for any international championships!

Heia Norge!

James Maddison: "Deki has some brilliant attributes: he's a top footballer with a top mentality and one of the fittest geezers I've ever seen in my life! It's nice to play with him - it's very attacking and I love it. He's a creative player like you've said; not that I've ever felt responsibility to be the only creative player in the team because the way we play, we kind of create from all different situations with our philosophy. I think on Sunday at Old Trafford he really took the game, grabbed it by the scruff of the neck, was driving us forward. He's so good at carrying the ball as well. I just feel like there's a really nice balance in there at the minute so it's a pleasure to play alongside him especially when he's like that Sunday."

He is fast going to become one of the hottest properties in Europe in my opinion. We need to make sure his valued and looked after in my opinion.

Ange on Kulusevski:

Kulusevski, playing the inside role, how impressed have you been?

Deki is doing great. He's been out of this world in many respects as to what he's able to do in a central role. We used him wide last year because we didn't have too many options out there and that's where he was comfortable in. We started using him inside and I felt he felt that it unshackled him a little bit. He has an unbelievable capacity to run on and off the ball, his physical numbers are ridiculous and he has the quality to hurt teams with that.

At times out wide he might've felt suppressed, especially in our system where you have to hold your position and not be involved, he's a player who wants to be involved. We brought a couple of wide players in this year and I thought let's go with him inside. We played with him as a nine in pre-season and he made an impact. The beauty of Deki is he's just getting started, he enjoys the role, he brings a different dimension to us because there's not many players like him.

Really like what I'm reading there - feels like the start of something big.

I also really enjoy the official, and now undeniable use of "Deki", rather than "Kulu", which many write on here, and which sounds stupid, Can we stick with Deki please?

Feel I have to say Kulu is only 24, he is a long way from the best he can be. A lot of people said he was one demential, I think he is at his best one the inside. Probably my favourate player at this moment in time.

I’m not saying he’s Zlatan levels but certainly from his personality there is comparisons. I’m pretty sure Zlatan is someone he looks up to.

I'm not entirely sold on your Zlatan comparison (yet), but given Deki's awesome fitness level, he may be set for an equally long career.

Not saying Zlatan’s level of ability more his attitude. He is clearly very confident in his own ability and when interviewed doesn’t seem sheepish.

“Deki” sounds childlike too me, “Kulu” sounds like an ancient warriors name so it’s more fitting.

Different onions and all that
