Always loved the passion and commitment Danny has brought onto the pitch. But he’s dropped some major clangers the last couple of years off the pitch and undermined the club and himself (I wonder if he had to google Reguilon?). He’s also been past his best since the knee injury two to three years ago.

Football is a short career, but this young man (and early 30’s is still young) is a multimillionaire from playing football for the last 13 years. He’s been very lucky and will never have to work again.

One thing I have noted is that in 13 years he’s only scored 8 goals. Some on here made him out to be a brilliant, attacking full back. 8 goals in 13 years is far from brilliant. For comparison Doherty scored 8 last season. Rose dominated his flank through sheer will, which we should always appreciate. If he could have created or scored more he would have been world class.

Ah Danny. In terms of turnarounds from how shit they were to how good they became, Rose’s blows Sissoko‘s out the water. He went from people angry he was getting a new deal to one of the best LBs in the world in the space of about 3/4 years. But the injuries and that interview. Was always a bit weird after that. From having City, Utd and Chelsea all seriously after him to Genoa lol. I guess that’s life and things change, good luck to him.

Best source for Juve, would stop Rose to Genoa

In the Amazon documentary it has Levy discussing Rose and how he only wants to goto big clubs. Sadly big clubs aren’t interested.

So let’s hope he’s readjusted his priorities and wants to get some game time.

Think we are going to end up having to pay him off to get him off the books. Shame that it’s looks like it’s going to end like that.
He only has a year left. We will probably just leave him to have a kick around with the reserves

Probably just tell him not to bother coming in.
He has just got what he deserves really. Too busy trying to tell everyone else why he isn’t valued and should be on 4 times the money, yet hasn’t backed it up for years. Now he is seeing that the world’s Best club aren’t Queuing up for him

I think it is a sad end to a great stint for the club. He was immense and should be remembered for his pomp much more than the off the field issues.

Does nobody from a lesser PL club or a slower league need a pretty good left back? For next to nothing.

What’s a pomp? Small furry animal?
