Shame it turned sour over the past 12 months. Hind sites wonderful thing but should have tried harder to sell him previous summer. Anyway what’s done is done. Had great 4/5 years from him.

Good luck to him in Italy, remember him saying long time ago it was always his ambition to play over there.

Glad this transfer saga is finally over.

Won’t forget all he’s done for us.

Will be a bit miffed when Daniel doesn’t stick that 20 odd mill back into the squad this window though

Good move for him and the club. The fact that Poch and Jose continued to play him, Herc's ITK on his professionalism and the players clearly backing him on the pitch suggests that whatever the problem was, those on the inside understood and accepted it. I've always wondered if it was more of a family issue and his wife not adapting to London. His performances certainly faltered but given the amount of money we spent acquiring him and paying for him, we got our money's worth. Godspeed and good luck. And i hope we meet and beat InterMilan for years to come.

This whole saga is similar to breaking up with a girl, but still having to live with her whilst she looks for somewhere else to live.

ended on a sour note but it's still incredible sad to see him go, especially considering he's leaving trophyless.

One of my favourite spurs players of all time just behind bale Kane and Keane .

such a shame he acted like a spoilt brat over the last few months and ruined his legacy here

Lo celso has shown promising signs but we definitely need a quality addition in our midfield now

I've been resentful toward him ever since it became clear that he wouldn't be leaving in the summer, but to be fair to him he would have been perfectly within his rights to drag this out until summer in search of both a bigger pay day and a bigger club who might have been willing to take him on a free. It's not nearly as good as selling him for ~60m in the summer would have been, but it's also not the worst-case scenario for the club.

I'm just glad it's over and the club can move on. Hopefully we'll manage to shift Rose as well and maybe get a decent fee for KWP. As long as we saw that money reinvested in shoring up the weaknesses in the squad it would truly feel like a new day at the club.

Good luck to him, he was at his imperious best 2 seasons ago, as the team was and I will always have great memories.

The fact he's going to Inter a club in which I have affection for is good and I wish him luck.
