This is the one chance to get some money for him before he goes on a free. If it falls through because Levy wants a couple of million more than they're prepared to pay it'll be... well, it'll be business as usual. Eriksen has to go, his very presence is poisonous at this point.

I think you need to read Jose's comments on Lo Celso and Lamela to understand why Eriksen is still starting.

They obviously can't be trusted to play back to back games due to tiredness. Therefore Eriksen is being used until they are up and running. They both played 90 on Tuesday so I highly doubt they'll both start. I reckon by February we'll see them start back to back games.

Ndombele is likely to be eased back too, which is why we've had to get Gedson, therefore it'll be a while before he's playing consistently.
It’s so obvious lol

To sell Eriksen for 10-15-20 million gives us money to reinvest. But maybe not enough. Especially the kind of quality we the fans want. The club and manager know what they have with him - even though it is a somewhat lesser version of his former best.

Given our squad’s collective fitness levels, proneness to injury and stupid bans: we cannot sell him without replacing him.

Behind Pool & City (and maybe Leicester), there is still a chance we could make top 4. What is 10-20M compared to CL-money? If we are unable to secure a player that deliver from day one - it might be better with the devil we know?

'Inter increase Eriksen offer to £11m plus bonuses'

Ok, that's enough. Thanks Christian for some wonderful moments and for the large % of the time everything you've given Tottenham Hotspur.

Levy, don't be a bell, take it and invest it ....

:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I think I've finally fallen off the ledge.

Yeah, he’s been crap in recent times, but he was still the most dangerous player on the pitch for us when he came on against Watford. Shame really.

Why wouldn’t we sell him for 11 million? He’s worth fuck all in 5 months and been shit for some time. Levy needs to go full Nelson Mandela on this and free up his wages, free up his squad position and free up some cash to support another acquisition

Agree he needs to go but is our transfer plans this window seriously depending on the 11 million from this transfer? A joke if so.

What I don't get with Mourinho persisting on playin

and the way he keeps on playing like walking on needles, he doesn’t contribute much. I get it that he does not want to get injured but then Mourinho should be putting a ready and hungrier player than him. I’d take 11 millions in a heart beat

Maybe if Levy has his bonus for the first and second transfer windows already wrapped, he can proceed to wheel and deal
