Need to bring him back I think
We aren’t signing players, and if gray gets injured on Thursday that’s screwed us in about three positions
Phillips at least covers any further injuries to centre back

I really feel he’d be a better option than Davies and Dragusin anyway. He’s got pace and he’s far better on the ball than Dragusin too.

Think there’ll be a serious conversation had this week whether to bring Phillips back depending on the initial analysis on Radu tomorrow/saturday

According to Dan Kilpatrick, we have a recall clause in his loan deal with Stoke. That would give us cover at centre back with Dragusin and Romero out, and we can then play Gray in midfield. But we have to seriously consider whether we want to disrupt his development from starting most games at Stoke. I doubt we will do that for the benefit of Phillips' development.

For me its a no brainer to bring him back. We need bodies through the door as its only a matter of time before one of the other centre backs is out.

And knowing our luck if we bring him back he’ll be the one who gets injured.

Depends on how long Dragusin is out for, and if or when Romero will be back.

No point brining him back to sit on the bench for 3/4 games and get the odd minutes before then not even being there at all.

VDV, Davies and Gray will be ahead of him if we recalled him currently.

Considering this morning's news, bring him back. Rather we have a young, project CB come back and get instantly injured than sign our 5th choice January panic purchase out of sheer desperation.

Which is probably shite decision be it we don't sign anyone or we sign some unsuitable tripe like Disasi
I'd actually prefer Disasi on a short term loan than recalling Phillips. Not because I think Disasi is better, far from it, but because I think we're nearing a time where neither would likely be played much.

Phillips could be an option right this second with injuries but when everyone is healthy he'd see zero playing time - VDV, Romero, Danso, Gray, and even Davies would be ahead of him in the CB pecking order.

Would far sooner have him see out his loan where he's developing nicely and playing regularly.

Glad to see that. They got pumped yesterday and he didn’t exactly cover himself in glory for the goals. That said, every time you seen him it’s notable how calm he seems for his age, and how physically impressive.

All that tells me is that when Son leaves, we have to sign Darling and make him club captain.
