Obviously the second goal was bad but generally I think he coped well with the pressure and handles crosses positively. That's wasn't the narrative the pundits wanted to push.

A few shaky moments and could have done better on the second goal but overall I think he did well. I feel a lot more confident with him on crosses than I do with Vicario and he has much better distribution. I like Vic but I think Kinsky will be the man going forward.

Commentators always hook onto and ‘pick’ on someone each game. Like someone said it was Kinksy from the first half, think Rio said it, but he’ll prove them wrong and they will have to change the inevitable narrative they’ll be pushing in the news in the coming days. Bet his performance is mentioned more than the corner/goal kick bollocks

Was unlucky with the goal I think. Porro left bug eyes completely free and the ball hit a divot on it’s way in. Third game in and one of the biggest of his career, no real complaints from me.

he wasn’t bad tonight but couple of mistakes for goals potentially! Both of which are avoidable if the officials do their job and Bissouma doesn’t lose it in a terrible position!

What were the commentators saying?
Rio Ferdinand was tasked with being the third commentator, yet chose this match to be the first person in Premier League history to speak more than the co-commentator (McCoist).

Every few minutes he’d blab on about Kinsky “looking nervous.”

I’m normally indifferent to Rio, but he was driving me up the wall today. Saliba “won” a goal-kick when Spence essentially fell over and Ferdinand was immediately creaming himself at the “solid defending.”

The commentary was absolutely awful tonight but Kinsky was proper scrambling on more than one occasion after being closed down. He should have saved Trossards shot and because the Arsenal set pieces are so whipped he did look a bit flappy at times. I don’t think the criticism of him was completely unjustified lets put it that way

I thought overall, for a young keeper he dealt really well with the aerial bombardment from Arsenal, particularly in the first half when we were really under pressure.

He’s young, not perfect, but I think has a really high ceiling. Still like what I’ve seen of him.

Been in the country 10 days... he's been really good. Could have done better on a few bits tonight, which I'm sure he'll be kicking himself about as well.

He was really good aside from the goal and a few shaky moments but he mainly had it under control. Dealt with everything else well

Distribution wasn’t great today to be honest. Almost caught in possession a couple of times and his long balls were pretty aimless. Promising but I don’t think he’s at Vicario level yet.

I think I had the international audio for the match and the colour commentator was so irritating going on and on about how he had to stop playing this way and just get it down the field.

Sir, please do five minutes of research. This is his game, that’s why he was bought.

I thought Kinsky was shaky with the back passes in the first half. Not scared, but just slow. It seems he was inviting players to close him which caused panic, or he totally misjudged the pace of a derby

Not sure colour commentator is a term that shouldn't be used....

I didn't see a really good performance if i'm being honest.

you can tell when the keepers under a bit of pressure when the home fans start jeering as the ball is going to the keeper.

He's young and he'll learn but he certainly won't be sitting at home thinking he's had a good game.

I think it’s a North American term which just means a commentator who provides extra information etc. it’s come up before on here and that’s how I know about it!
