Scores a perfect hat-rick then tells an opposition coach to “fuck off, go home you little bitch”. You can clearly hear it on the TV feed.

Looks more like him than most of the recent footballer statue efforts anyway. Is it just me or is it accidentally on purpose meant to make him look like Jesus on the cross..?
Jesus on the cross/Greek God.

Legend. What a line: ‘I gave you Zlatan. You are welcome. Now go back to watching baseball’. The guy is definitely on a higher level and playing with the image of his perceived arrogance’. Clever chap.

People who take it seriously miss the point tbf. If you take it as it's intended, he's a funny bloke.

Can't imagine MLS are too pleased about his "go back to watching baseball" comments given that the entire point in them bringing in players like him is to promote the league ffs  Brilliant.

I wonder what awaits for him next? On the one hand I wondered if he'd ever go back to Malmö but I get the impression from his book that he didn't really leave on the best of terms there. I can't remember the exact story but the old owner basically shafted him on the deal when he moved to Ajax by agreeing with the Ajax negotiators beforehand that if he helped trick Zlatan into accepting a low-ball contract offer (he didn't have an agent at the time) then Ajax would use some of the money they saved to give Malmö a bigger fee. I suppose it depends whether that guy is still running things there or not.

He was like a statue most of the time he was at United, scored a few but basically doing nothing. Has he got more mobile since?

Most of his goals where classic poacher goals or headers - yes. But similarly to Kane he developed his playmaking / hold up play over the years and he was actually fantastic before his injury at United. I know "Best of clips" doesn't tell the whole story...

Maybe but basing it on watching full games with my Man U brother he was Llorente but less mobile. One game really sticks where he got a last minute equaliser but was a passenger for the previous 89 and that wasn't a one off(excluding the goal bit).
