Vast majority of them were all up in arms with the fee which speaks volumes.

I think it was common knowledge with all pundits the impact Wanyama, and particularly Alderweireld had on their team.

With PEH its just a bit more discreet. They know he's good, and probably sick of the sight of us and just bat it off.

I think most would definitely want to keep him given the choice.

I think back then they thought they were legitimate rivals to us with the whole SCBC thing. It never happened and now they don't accuse Hojbjerg of moving sideways like they did with Vic and Toby.

I love the idea that PEH was being touted at £35m at the start of the window - for a player in last year of contract, no less.

The final fee is £15m. And good business for KWP the other way at £12m.

(However, I don't like the idea that Levy was supposedly advertising Eriksen's last year of contract price at £80m, hence why he didn't get a move until the january window having entered the last 6 months of contract - and went for £17m - Can't expect the rules of 'last year' to apply one minute, and not the next when it suits you.
