I’m not in his head but nope it’s not that at all many people involved like any transfer many things to work on and agree over. It’s not far away on the players side once sorted we enter club to club !

Worrying we don't even have the player on board at this stage. Given the numerous ITK over the last few weeks that we were working on it, I had thought we were at the stage of working with Wolves to agree on a fee/payment structure.

On the face of it, we are 5 weeks into the transfer window having only signed one player - an 18 year old with only championship experience (albeit an Extremely highly rated 18 yo).

I appreciate that the world cup may have hindered us achieving our top targets early, but the historically slow pace we move at doesn't seem to have changed with the new people in charge

Fingers crossed then. I’m usually pretty up beat, but feel like time is running out a bit, like you say only two weeks till the start of the season and we’ve not really strengthened the first team (with senior players) at all.

Still a month to go on recruitment. We haven’t moved on primary targets which is why it’s taking longer then it should do
