I hope we can sign him and if we can't, I'm sure it was said that an alternative may be bakayoko or kubo right?

Would love bakayoko as one of those out of nowhere signings.

I'm one of the minority that wouldn't sign him.

Obviously hes a very good player but the injurys wont go away.

Here's a shout, Baris Yilmaz. Superb player.

Fair enough. They have had previous interest in him though and need cover for saka (and his limp) so I don’t think it’s a wild stab in the dark to think they’d be interested.
But would be go to be saka’s occasional rotation…..🤔

This whole thing with eze, doue and Neto screams of us getting Ramsey. Just not feeling it in my gut that we get any of our big 3

Sounds like Ramsey is the Eze alternative. Probably the financials could'nt be met with the large up front payment and the QPR sell on clause. Maybe re-arranging the jigsaw so that we can spend more on a CF.

Maybe we should just bite the built stop all this transfer lark and just start a new era with Ange’s ankle biters
It worked for Fergie back in the day

Small sample but Lankshear looked a lot more advanced than Veliz at Hearts. Neto makes any strikers job easier but some better options upfront would be welcome.
It could be a question of confidence. Lankshear (who I rate highly) spent a season playing in a dominant U21 team scoring plenty of goals while Veliz had an unsuccessful loan where he hardly played. It’s not surprising that one is full of confidence and flying while the other is struggling. Veliz (and Scarlett) need rebuilding.

If it's Ramsey then we might just as well have faith in Donley and Devine imo.
I like Ramsey, he does offer those runs from deep but I also agree with this. Ange could coach Donley or Devine to play this role and make those late runs. They are surely still young and malleable.
